Overview

The CSSA Spring Showcase was a large-scale variety performance produced by the UCL Chinese Students and Scholars Association, featuring a wide range of acts including live bands, dance performances, dramatic pieces, and rap.

As Sound Designer and No. 1, I was responsible for the design and operation of the audio system for the event, including microphone deployment, live mixing, line checks, and overseeing the sound department throughout the performance.

- Responsible for live mixing the full show

- Performed line checks and system checks before each performance

- Created microphone plot and managed input allocation across multiple acts

- Oversaw the sound department during rehearsals and live performance
